Established in 1992, The Flour Shop is a proudly Australian-owned company known worldwide for its extensive range of QSR, Foodservice, and Retail baked products. Available across Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore. We carefully select our Australian wheat to be milled for us.

Our ciabatta is crafted using a traditional Italian recipe made the authentic way with our sourdough starter. Light, airy, and full of flavour, it’s perfect on its own or as the foundation for any café or restaurant-inspired creation.

Burger Buns.

We offer a wide selection of burger buns, ranging from 35mm sliders to 120mm burger buns. Our buns are pre-sliced and are flow packed in clear bags to protect against squashing and freezer burn.

Fermentation is simple: combine flour and water, then let natural organisms flourish. Mastered by our third-generation baker, this time-honored process makes wheat more digestible, nutritious, and full of flavour.
